Today, chapter 5 of Earth Horse Beats Fire Horse Dead, Dead, Dead, titled Fire Horse Froth, is up at my Substack, so check it out.
I started this week with a post about the malicious prosecution of Brandon Bryant, but, at the time of that post, his trial had yet to occur, so today I’m happy to provide the update that Mr. Bryant was found NOT GUILTY of knowingly making loud, unusual noises by a jury of 7 citizens who took about 5 minutes to arrive at their decision, which brings me to an important question about this case:
HOW MUCH MONEY DID THE CITY OF MISSOULA SPEND PROSECUTING THIS BULLSHIT?
The criminal case I’m facing is still moving forward and, thanks to new evidence, so is the investigation into the theft of my personal property–a Lego sign–which was stolen soon after my arrest in the parking lot of this struggling beer business:

I took an image of my stolen Lego sign and made ANOTHER sign, which I had with me yesterday at the homecoming parade when a woman approached me and asked if I was still missing, smiling and pointing at my mugshot. I explained the context and, when I disclosed the identity of the legislator behind the black duct-taped X, she started laughing.
I won’t retell the anecdote given to me by this woman because, legally, I’m forbidden to write about this public official for 10 years, thanks to the anti-Constitutional ruling by judge Vannatta. Needless to say, that ruling WILL be challenged in the Montana Supreme Court.
Getting my opening brief to court may be more challenging than I anticipated, though, after a strange change in the rules was communicated to me by my pre-trial supervisor, Misty.
Here’s the portion of the email describing a new policy that even the judge in my case hadn’t heard about:

Why do I need to go to the courthouse? Because, I am obligated to send a copy of my opening brief to the opposing side’s counsel, and the civil services of the Sheriff’s Office is how I’ve been meeting this obligation, but if I can’t go to the courthouse, I can’t use their services.
Another big problem is that the exclusion zone around the capitol building in Helena prevents me from going to the clerk’s office of the Montana Supreme Court to file my brief in person, which is an additional barrier adding days AND cost to my dwindling timeline for appeal.
My appeal will be happening in an actual court, which is where the Cornell 7 case should be getting tried, but we all know that it’s the COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION that really matters, and THAT court is influenced by the media, like Gwen Florio, who is getting herself psyched over being relevant again.

For Gwen Florio, a female victim is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than dead niggers, which, of course, is a word a liberal woman would NEVER USE, even if they unintentionally treat them like niggers in their attempt to promote their own work and the work of Missoulian reporters, which I captured in May of 2020, just 4 months after Sean Stevenson was removed from life support BY the Missoula County Sheriff’s Coroner.

It may have taken me 6 years, but my September 2st post, titled “What Does Missoula’s Police Chief, Mike Colyer, Know About The Death Of Sean Stevenson“, is my best effort to date to explain WHY I believe Sean Stevenson was assaulted, then killed by local authorities, and why the nature of Sean’s death is STILL being covered up today.
One of the reasons it has taken me so long to understand the conditions of Sean Stevenson’s death is the side-quest I allowed myself to get pulled into when I published this letter on January 1st, 2023, from someone with a vendetta I didn’t fully understand at the time, since I had recently separated from my wife and was in no shape to white-knight with a professional victim who I discovered was willing to be very manipulative to get results when authorities refused to bring criminal charges, like she was demanding at the time.

Female victims are once again in the national spotlight thanks to national media platforms amplifying CORNEL 7 talking points in a pretty obvious attempt to rally liberal vaginas during the final critical weeks of the midterm elections, invoking that toddler-murdering energy Democrats love–hashtag IAMJANEDOE!!!
Tomorrow, when I write about Alani Bankhead being an actual imposter, it’s not because I want you to vote for Seth Bodnar or Kurt Alme, and it’s not because I’m a misogynist, despite claims to the contrary. It’s because I want EVERYONE reading my words, regardless of their genitalia, to be LESS RETARDED, and I want this because I believe, quite strongly, that a less retarded community will be an incrementally better place for my kids.
While staying focused on local stuff will continue to be my intent, the Cornel 7 “case” does revive Missoula’s role as stand-in for college “rape culture”, as evidenced by our very own Wikipedia page!

So yeah, I think it’s going to be another busy week in Missoula, Montana, but I’m ready and more optimistic than ever that accountability comes for EVERYONE on a long enough timeline when your cause is true.
Thanks for reading!
