A recent update to rule requirements for the Fourth Judicial District Court in Montana could have a HUGE impact, but not even the clerk’s office, according to my source, realizes this update has been made. Here’s a screenshot of the update (3G is the requirement to pay attention to):
Why does this matter? I’ll try to explain why this matters in terms those of you who have NOT experienced the mighty dildo of justice can understand.
Lawyers, and the legal system they “work”, are some of the most vile gatekeepers in Montana. When you choose to go “pro se”, like I have tried to do, the judge will tell you how monumentally disadvantaged your legal position will be with handling the most basic functions of the courts, like writing and filing motions. For me, using AI has helped level the playing field, which is skewed to the point of absurdity.
While my use of ChatGPT to navigate the courts has been limited, I know someone who has been using “generative AI” to great success, and because of this success he thinks it’s a little odd that ONLY the Montana Fourth Judicial Court appears to have instituted this new requirement (I haven’t double-checked this claim yet). If true, this could be a quick and sloppy scramble by the almost-totally-fucked judicial system in Montana that used a BBC dildo for my free speech rights while that same judge moved to protect his precious bathrooms.
For a court that I’ve personally seen barely function because it’s clogged with cases and presided over by activist judges (a symptom of society breaking down in real time), this new requirement will allow any case not properly citing the use of generative AI to be thrown out. Pretty interesting for a move that hardly anyone knows about.
Montana’s legal system is far beyond being a bad joke–it’s a lawfare-generating circus run by well-paid clowns who help judges and prosecutors destroy people’s lives. When I had money, I couldn’t find a single law office in all of Western Montana willing to help legally shield me from a professional victim and her United Way-backed campaign to ruin me. And now, after more than two years of hell, I owe hundreds of dollars to district court, hundreds of dollars to misdemeanor supervision, and there’s a $515 dollar hold on my license from the weed DUI the city had to drop when they couldn’t even show up for the trial scheduling.
It’s this unchecked power of prosecutors and judges that I believe has inspired them to play the victim card for themselves under the auspices of “vicarious trauma”. I suspect they know all the lives destroyed by their biased, selective, and increasingly politically-motivated actions make them VERY despised by more and more people. Why else would the bathroom judge bitch about Courthouse security?

3 years now I’ve been talking about the criminals in that fourth judicial Court I’ve known and been victimized by very many of them in quite the fashion you say been gang stalked by Missoula City Police department been getting stuck by Missoula city employees was made homeless after having a rental empire where they were seized illegally and unethically by Ethan Smith who then sued me for slander in judge Larson’s Court got 121,000 settlement against me slam dunk it because he wouldn’t let me pay to participate unless I came in with $100 and I only got $600 a month in social security coming in
And then he slapped the restraining order on me the other day in the very Court where he used to be employed using the judge he used to be employed under
And Purge himself claiming there was a prosecution against me for stalking him that’s the only way he could even apply for a restraining order this prick a former Court clerk is a liar I can’t say his name but I can sure as f*** say his company accountable finances LLC he works with Don St Peter the criminal lawyer and judge larceny the most criminal f****** judge I’ve ever seen in my life
No contact orders against me so I can’t talk to my mother without ever bringing me to court or even serving me the paperwork just issuing and eat it from his black robe and his desk saying this man can’t see his mother

And then he admitted on the record at restraining order hearing that he was a district Court clerk and that I kept bringing it up online
He wanted to silence my first amendment rights is all he wants to do so him and his criminal cabal can carry on being thieves

And then the judge put a gag order on me saying I could never talk about being sued in his court by eating Smith if I did I’d be charged hey f*** you judge

The vibe coming off them when I met him he first f****** thing out of the f****** conservator’s mouth is I’m going to have to sell your mother’s home for the upcoming medical expenses no no you’re not and immediately they wrote me a letter saying your father and mother’s wishes will not be honored who the f*** are these people they’re not family they’re not f****** anybody that knew my mother father one they had a family of life and a marriage of f****** 56 years

This guy hasn’t even had a business license and he’s been a conservator doing business with the judges and the courts in this town I started looking up his business license it didn’t appear as in contacted them through email oh yeah I’m not finding anything about accountable finances that was on a Friday the following Monday magically mystically wow a license appears in 2023 for accountable finances LLC
An attempt by someone in development services to make it look like the guy had had a license at some point he hasn’t cuz they have to do a background check and that would reveal that he’s a court clerk and he would never be allowed to do court clerking and then come into the conservatorship world because there’s ethics morals and revolving door policies in place now you get this court clerk going back to the same judge to get a narrative controlled shut Johnny the f****** deal
These people are malevolent f****** criminals and the judge who thinks he’s above reproach has no jurisdiction on me he never served me he never brought me into his court he never allowed me to participate to participate so every arrest every action every motion against me is not covered by judicial immunity haha judge Larson what do you think of that s*** your black road just turned green cuz you s*** yourself
