Despite being an avid Harry Potter reader, one of my kids doesn’t believe in magic, which means if an actual Boggart was coming after him, he wouldn’t be able to ward it off with a RIDDIKULUS spell.

Maybe you think a Boggart CAN’T exist; that it’s just a figment of J. K. Rowling’s imagination. I used to think that’s the way fiction works. I don’t anymore.
