Zoom Chron 20-Talking Dark Shit with Dean Reiner

by Travis Mateer

I recorded this conversation with Dean Reiner of the Up Is Down podcast last Thursday and it’s one of the best conversation I’ve recorded thus far, IMHO. Which is weird, considering the content is dark as shit.

One of the things I discuss is the sudden departure of my podcast co-host. Also, after my interview with Dean, there’s a bonus conversation I recorded last April with my then-cohost, Tim Adams, after I first spoke with Johnny Lee Perry, the young black man from Oakland who allegedly assaulted Sean Stevenson at the Poverello Center, leading to his death at St. Pats two days later when he was removed from life support without his family being notified.

It’s one hell of an episode, so check it out. But there’s also a disclaimer: if you think you are experiencing any of this stuff and hope I can help you, sorry, I won’t be responding to anyone who contacts me on this subject. Thanks for understanding.

And thanks for listening!

    Great podcast!

The narcissistic personality disorder that social media is cultivating through it’s dopamine addiction and social manipulation, creates new narcissists via “fleas” (a term describing how constant contact with NPD people is contagious). These fleas, also often descibed as “flying monkey’s”, will harass and harry anyone the NPD “witch” points them too. It sounds a lot like the TI plot you are describing, which I think both you and Reiner were hinting at around 90 mins in.

The flying monkeys are sent as a psyop fear weapon. They often paralyze victims with fear due to the random nature of their attacks (seemingly coming from everywhere). They are highly affective, especially for those without a strong support network.

If you think you are a victim of a flying monkey, I highly recommend reading up on NPD. One great book “The Narcissist in your life” by Julie Hall has plenty of examples on how to defuse or redirect NPD’s and there flying monkeys.

This is something I’ve been beating the drum about for a couple years now, and am glad to hear more people talking about it. Thanks for introducing us to Reiner! I look forward to delving into his podcsts.

Lol, apparently there was a bit of a delay in the comments getting updated, and I mistook it for blocking me. Please feel free to delete the extra comments. Sorry. 🙁

    • I have been having some comments go to spam, so always let me know if something isn’t showing up. Also, new commenters automatically go into pending and have to be ok’d by an administrator before showing up, so there’s usually more of a delay.
