War is hell. When you visit Brandon Wayne Bryant’s Wikipedia page, for example, you can read about how he watched a target slowly bleed out and die. As long as the violence was REAL and directed at poor brown people in foreign lands, no one was going to criminally charge Brandon Bryant for a crime because his actions were in service to Uncle Sam.

Who was Abbey Lee Cook killing? Only herself with all the stress because obviously it was the STRESS of being over-extended that caused this political grifter and wedding planner kind of like, you know, move money around to somehow directly benefit herself because, as I said, SO MUCH STRESS!
Abbey Lee Cook, 31, told the court she had an unmanageable workload leading up to the 2024 election, but failed to connect that stress to her embezzling from several campaigns.
“I took on too much work for my time capabilities and got overwhelmed and turned around and was not properly tracking my time, or what was properly owed and did not do a good job of recordkeeping or doing the job for which I was hired. And as a result, knowingly made transfers and did things to cover for performance.”
That response, the first statement Cook has publicly made about a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison per charge, prompted Chief Judge Brian Morris to remind Cook she stole and spent the money.
“It wasn’t just terrible performance. The government alleges you used some of this money for personal needs, personal bills, credit card payments, payments for vehicles, that sort of thing,” Morris said.
Abbey Lee Cook just concluded the part of the criminal justice process where guilt is determined by pleading guilty on September 9th, but, according to other reports, shady shit continues to surface.
Federal charges against Cook are specific to the embezzlement of $253,000 from a half-dozen political committees and nothing else. However, a common theme of unmet commitments is surfacing in other aspects of the accused’s business dealings.
In reviews of Anchor G posted to The Knot, a popular wedding planning website, former clients talk of paying deposits for wedding services but getting nothing in return. Only in the last couple of months have those reviews been countered by a slate of 5-star ratings.
Cook’s event business, which centered around Helena’s Windsor Ballroom, had left the venue and has been replaced by a pop-up church on Sundays. Anchor G’s business license, per the Montana Secretary of State, was involuntarily canceled last December. The Independent Record reported this week that 2025 East Helena High School prom, which had booked the venue through Cook, had to make other plans.
For Brandon Bryant, the criminal “justice” process is just getting going, with criminal charges that must have been filed at the last minute, since they weren’t in the system when I checked that morning. Also, it appeared to me that Judge Holloway seemed a bit surprised at the shit-show that landed in her courtroom, a room where I could see the distinct green of a certain species of Butterfly.

After Missoula city police showed Brandon Bryant how they deal with fear through the confident violence of qualified immunity, administering a black eye, a bruised arm, pressure to the back, and the electric shock of taser strikes, Bryant really should have been more polite and considerate of social norms when he expressed himself. Instead he did what he often does online, which is sound off in very extreme ways, and now THAT will become the focus of our criminal “justice” system.

While the rest of our local media doesn’t appear to have noticed yet what Brandon Bryant is facing, here’s the majority of Bryan’t appearance in two parts. Apologies to the heads that provided cover for my effort to document this latest legal episode for the clearly targeted whistleblower:
Thanks for reading!
