I Saw A Sign And It Did NOT Open Up Their Minds

by Travis Mateer

A terrible tragedy has befallen our fair town! The new Beartracks Bridge, and educational material accompanying it, has been attacked! When will the scourge of white supremacy end!

This tweet from a white man who failed his last electoral attempt in Montana is virtue-signaling at its finest, especially when you take into consideration Tom “Winter” is tweeting right now from a Polynesian Island. Here is the very next tweet on his Twitter feed:

While Tom Winter is busy pedaling around Nuku Hiva with a bottle of pineapple wine in his backpack, I’m going to risk dangerous mountain roads in order to provide in-person testimony in Helena later today at the state capitol. Why? Because there’s a bill being discussed that could finally place legislative handcuffs on the abuses of the Missoula Redevelopment Agency, and I want to do everything I can to help it along.

If you would like to help ME along, my impact fund is live and currently accepting donations. I’ll have more this week on those plans. You can also make a general donation at my about page.

Thanks for reading!

  1. TC says:

Isnt Mr Winter’s post the most Missoula Entitled Liberal response ever!?! Im sure he is making sure that he is not staying in “stolen” land and is making sure than pineapple wine is being shared with equality. Perhaps he has even offset his carbon footprint of flights, etc by recycling his artisanal Kombucha bottles. So Missoula – so virtue signaling from a recent transplant. Someday we can be Portland – Gaia willing!
