Do I really think this 4th of July is America’s last? No, but the writing is on the wall, and the dividing lines are more prevalent than ever.
Cognitive dissonance is everywhere I look, along with institutional decay. And I mean ALL institutions. Nothing is exempt.
Instead of focusing on the notion of America’s last birthday, I’m going to remind myself that two years ago today I declared the 4th of July would be my last day of drinking alcohol, and it was.
Here’s to NOT making this 4th of July America’s last birthday.
Travis, congratulations in your success in overcoming! Keep on keeping on. In all things. May God lead you, guide you in your calling to expose the darkness and corruption that surrounds Montana.
