Trump, Vindicated

by William Skink

When Trump tweeted about being wiretapped it was easy to ridicule. Even when trickles of plausibility began leaking out, Trump’s word choice blotted out any inkling Trump’s claim had merit.

The corporate media’s role is obvious. Trump’s claim was repeatedly depicted as without evidence while simultaneously the corporate media hammered WITHOUT EVIDENCE claims that Putin hacked the election.

How this glaring double standard isn’t more broadly observed escapes me.

Will the bombshell disclosure that Susan Rice unmasked members of Trump’s transition team penetrate the misguided mobs and party hacks actively sabotaging an elected president’s first 100 days in office?

What all these ends-justify-the-means anti-Trumpers don’t seem to realize is they are facilitating the destruction of legitimate paths toward impeachment. They are also gift-wrapping a constitutional crisis that could be the very justification for the authoritarian crack-down they are currently exaggerating is taking place.

The media complicity in this soft coup against the Trump administration has fatally damaged whatever shred of credibility rags like the New York Times still cling to. The way this story about Susan Rice came out is a perfect example. Mike Cernovich broke it and credits sources within the media for tipping him off that they were sitting on it:

Ever since Mike Cernovich dropped the bombshell report over the weekend outing Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, as the person behind the unmasking of the identity of various members of Trump’s team who were ‘incidentally’ surveilled during the 2016 campaign (see “Confirmed: Susan Rice “Unmasked” Trump Team”), a report which was subsequently confirmed by Eli Lake of Bloomberg earlier this morning, everyone has been wondering who within the Trump White House or the intelligence community supplied him with such a massive scoop.

But, as it turns out, Cernovich didn’t need a ‘deep throat’ within the NSA or CIA for his blockbuster scoop, all he needed was some well-placed sources inside of a couple of America’s corrupt mainstream media outlets. As Cernovich explains below, his sources for the Susan Rice story were actually folks working at Bloomberg and the New York Times who revealed that both Eli Lake (Bloomberg) and Maggie Haberman (NYT) were sitting on the Susan Rice story in order to protect the Obama administration.

I think this is a huge part of the story, but will it get traction? I don’t think so. Too many people are too deeply invested in the fake news that Russia hacked our election.

Sad.

    From “The Woodpile”.

“It wasn’t communism that brought down the Soviet Union and it isn’t socialism that’s ravaging Venezuela. Not directly. It’s corruption. It will be corruption that takes us down too. Inflation, deflation, bubble implosions, fiat currencies and central—formerly: king’s—banks, they’re all visible pustules of the underlying malady. The world’s economies and governments have all but forfeited their legitimacy. They’re being outed for what they most nearly are: criminal enterprises with a dress code, looting their lands and, at the end, each other.”

“One minute it’s ridiculous to think that the Obama administration was doing surveillance on the Trump campaign. The next minute the Obama administration was doing the right thing if it did surveillance on the Trump campaign.”
