There is an interesting theory, put forward mostly by this dude, that the deep state is dumping Hillary. I don’t necessarily buy it, but after Comey blew up Hillary’s supposed lead with his October surprise, the power brokers behind the curtain may have come to see Hillary as too big a liability. The added benefit of selecting Trump? He will be the one in office when the economy collapses again sometime in the next year. Not only will the economy fall on Trump’s head, but liberals can gleefully blame country-bumpkin deplorables for electing him, just like the country-bumpkin British voters who green-lighted Brexit will be blamed when financial collapse 2.0 hits England.
