  1. Blackstone does not own Blackrock in fact that’s a cardinal sin in high finance to get them confused. Did your own research? You’re like most people, like to talk on things you don’t know anything about. Wanna be talking head.

      William Skink says:

I didn’t say Blackstone OWNED Blackrock, I said it’s hard to track these big conglomerates and how they relate to each other. Wikipedia says this:

Blackstone also ventured into other businesses, most notably investment management. In 1987 Blackstone entered into a 50–50 partnership with the founders of BlackRock, Larry Fink and Ralph Schlosstein. The two founders, who had previously run the mortgage-backed securities divisions at First Boston and Lehman Brothers, respectively, initially joined Blackstone to manage an investment fund and provide advice to financial institutions. They also planned to use a Blackstone fund to invest in financial institutions and help build an asset management business specializing in fixed income investments.

Any luck getting Petey Talbot to respond? I think you stayed in bounds (hopefully). If not, expect to get sued. Poor Greg did and was ruined by the Talbot Hammer! 😂

    Mark Tokarski says:

I like that you went after Pogreba and Talbot, the Robodemocrats. Otherwise, I had forgotten, I guess having long shed, the angst and tension involved in being a “progressive.” I could also relieve your fears regarding HIV, Covid, Catholic priests, all topics, respectfully that you need to research in greater depth. The end result of this process of in-depth research is a relaxing, calming sense that the world is crazy, but we can just float above it and just relax.
