While I’m not going to get into the details of my brief incarceration (yet) with this post, I will draw your attention to my arresting officer.
Why?
Well, first off, he was actually a GREAT arresting officer, and I’m not being sarcastic. After arresting me and placing me in his cruiser, Officer Bloomdahl asked what radio station I wanted to listen to (101.5 FM), then, on the ride to the County Detention Facility, an example of this being a “small world” occurred when Officer Bloomdahl told me he was the responding officer who did CPR on Sean Stevenson.
What are the chances?
After getting booked and placed with TWO other men in a cell, I got a chance to catch up with Paul Mollica about his criminal justice ordeal. Needless to say, there are always MULTIPLE sides to a story like this one:

To the buddy who gleaned my criminal justice status as NOT FREE, I offer a full-throated THANK YOU for posting bond. While I think the experience of incarceration is one I’m glad to have had an opportunity to get a taste of, it’s definitely sobering to see things like “I distracted a demon” scrawled on the wall, or a coloring book picture of a kid snorkeling in a pod that was recently housing sex offenders.
What comes next? We’ll see, but if ever there was a critical time to throw me some loot, this is it, because the same Municipal judge who told me I had a “floating” charge somewhere in the ether got more specific about additional charges being worked on, and that means I’ll potentially be looking at FELONY charges in district court.
I wish I could say more, but since my legal defense amounts to a Public Defender who can ‘t even show up on time to our scheduled appointments, I’m going to err on the side of caution, which is too bad, because I have a poem that I think explains a little bit about the person doing her best to destroy me and keep her influential pals like Susan Hay Patrick insulated from reality.
Thanks for reading and considering a donation to Travis’ Impact Fund (TIF).
